Diyana Store is committed to customer satisfaction and follows a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be accepted only if requested immediately after placing the order.
Orders that have already been processed for shipping cannot be canceled.
Perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables) cannot be canceled. However, refunds/replacements may be issued if the product quality is found to be unsatisfactory.
Refund Policy:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it to our Customer Service Team on the same day of delivery. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be initiated.
If the product does not match the description or your expectations, report it to our Customer Service Team on the same day of receiving it.
Products covered under the manufacturer’s warranty should be directed to the respective manufacturer for resolution.
If a refund is approved by Diyana Store, it will be processed within 6-8 business days.
