Cancellation & Refund Policy

Diyana Store is committed to customer satisfaction and follows a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations will be accepted only if requested immediately after placing the order.

  • Orders that have already been processed for shipping cannot be canceled.

  • Perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables) cannot be canceled. However, refunds/replacements may be issued if the product quality is found to be unsatisfactory.

Refund Policy:
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it to our Customer Service Team on the same day of delivery. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

  • If the product does not match the description or your expectations, report it to our Customer Service Team on the same day of receiving it.

  • Products covered under the manufacturer’s warranty should be directed to the respective manufacturer for resolution.

  • If a refund is approved by Diyana Store, it will be processed within 6-8 business days.
